Managed the clearance, prosecution, registration and enforcement of a global trademark portfolio of over 3,000 marks. 

Created and implemented corporate policy programs, software protection and management programs, copyright hotline for copyright compliance, and sales training programs.

Performed intellectual property audits in preparation for business sales transactions, and as part of business acquisition teams.

Worked on the trademark registration of the Honeywell round thermostat design.

Successfully defended common law trademark rights of small local bank in Charter Bank v. Charter One Bank.

Successfully sought federal trademark registration for non-profit's bullseye design over objection by Target Corp. 

Reduced sales cycle time by streamlining the contracting process.
